My best “Tip” is the taking of cod liver oil CAPSULES intermittently through the year – always in winter and then once or twice a year outside that. I get a bottle from a reputable supplier (Blackmores) and get the large capsule type. I take one capsule before lunch – this is usually a large bowl if cereal and fruit, nuts and MILK.
